COVID 19 LOCKDOWN SITUATION- Terms and Conditions

We are totally depending on an external prescription and chances of getting errors is higher than a normal situation. If you don’t have long term illnesses such as diabetics, high/Low pressure, high cholesterol or any other vision related issue and the eye testing has been done properly we can even depend on 8-10 months old prescriptions. If you are using a spectacle at present and you are comfortable with that, we will produce the new spectacle according to that. Please note that our opticians are not responsible for any error arising from the prescription. However if any issue arises we will do our level best to correct the situation (either one our opticians will visit your place or you may have to visit one of our showrooms depending on the situation). We are not refunding cash under any circumstances but we will be correcting the errors free of charge and if the error is on the external prescription we will be re corrected it and we are charging only 50% of the lens cost. Frames are not exchangeable under any situation. Our opticians will help you online to do some small adjustments to the spectacle to achieve maximum comfort. Sometimes customers may have to use new pair for 3-7 days to get used to new spectacles. මෙම අවස්තාවෙදි අප පවිච්චි කරන්නෙ ඔබ සතු අප විසින් නොගත් අක්ශි වට්ටොරුවක් බැවින් සංකුලතා ඇති වීමේ කුඩා හැකියාවක් තිබේ. ඔබට ඩයබිටික්, අදික/අඩු රුදිර පිඩනය, කොලෙස්ටෙරෝල් හෝ අක්ශි අශ්‍රිත රොගයක් නොමැති නම් ඔබගෙ මාස 7-10 පැරණි වට්ටෝරුව වුවද පාවිච්චි කළ හැකිය. තවද ඔබ දැනට පවිච්චි කරන කන්නඩිය පහසු නම් එම වවට්ටොරුවටම නැවත සෑදීම වඩා සුදුසු වෙයි. ඔබ ලබදෙනු ලබන වටොරුව හො ඉහත කාරනා නිසා යම් සන්කුලතාවක් සිදු වුවහොත් කාච වල වියදමින් 50% මුදලක් පමනක් අය කරමින් එය නිවරදි කරදෙනු ලබයි. අප වරදක් කර ඇති නම් එය නොමිලයේ සිදු කරනු ලබයි. එ පිලිබදව සම්පුර්ණ තිරන ගැනීම අප සතුය. කිසිදු හේතුවක් මත මුදල් ආපසු දෙනු නොලැබේ. අවශ්‍ය වුවහොත් අපගේ අක්ෂි පරීක්ෂක වරයෙක් ඔබගේ නිවසට පැමිණිම හො අප ජොර්ජ් ගුනරත්න LENS EXPERT ශාඛාවකට පැමිණිය යුතුයි. සමහරක් අවස්ථා වලදි නව කණ්නාඩියට හුරු විමට දින 3-7 දක්වා කාලයක් ගතවිය හැක. අපගෙ නියොජිතයන් සියලු සන්කුලතා නිවරදි කිරිමට ඔබට සහය වනවා ඇත. 1956 සිට ඔබ අපවෙත තබා ඇති විස්වාසය ආරක්ෂා කිරීම සහ මෙම අපහසු අවස්ථාවේ ඔබට උපරිම සේවය සැලසීම අපගේ මූලික අභිප්‍රායයි.
